Senior Associate - Corporate Law

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Law practice in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence efforts on complex transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Advise clients on corporate governance matters
• Mentor junior associates
• Manage client relationships and develop business

Requirements

• LL.B. from a recognized university
• 4-6 years of corporate law experience at a reputable law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar Council registration required
