Biography

Mr. Rahul Dubey is a versatile litigator with over a decade of experience spanning commercial, civil, and criminal law. He has developed deep expertise in litigation and arbitration, with a strong focus on intellectual property rights, including trademark, copyright, patent, and design infringement. He frequently appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, and various trial courts. Rahul holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from University College London (UCL) and has a strong academic and practical grounding in dispute resolution under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, contractual matters, and complex civil suits. In addition to litigation, he is adept in conveyancing and rendering legal opinions, particularly in matters involving IPR. A published author and speaker at national and international legal forums, Rahul actively contributes to thought leadership in emerging legal issues. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and serves as a panel lawyer for GAIL and SBI, amongst other entities.
